Online Peer feedback on Peergrade facilitated by student instructors

To teach students the value of feedback and to provide and receive constructive feedback.
HOW
Hvordan
The two student instructors were given the assignment to facilitate online feedback on Peergrade. They were given rubric criteria from the teachers, but otherwise handled the assignment independently. The students were asked to handle the assignment in groups on Peergrade and then take part in two subsequent "loops", where they had to give each other feedback based on the rubric. Subsequently they had to correct/upload the assignment response based on the feedback. Finally, the student instructors gave the final feedback on the assignments.

COLLABORATION BETWEEN STUDENT INSTRUCTORS AND TEACHERS:
It is important that student instructors and teachers agree in advance on the frameworks, expectations and the division of roles, and that they cooperate throughout the course.
INTRODUCTION OF THE ACTIVITY TO THE STUDENTS:
Before starting, the students must be presented with the purpose of the activity so that they are motivated to participate.
PLANNING / TIME:
Do not underestimate time consumption. It takes time to facilitate the online feedback activity. The student instructors must, in particular, devote plenty of time to the final feedback, as the previous loops and rewriting of the assignment generally give them a higher academic level, which places greater demands on the feedback.
